J. Lino Zelada, Certified Public Accountant
Mr. Zelada’s early education began in his native country of
El Salvador
and culminated with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Master of Science in Operations Research and Master of Business Taxation from the
University
of
Southern California
.
Beginning his career in the defense industry with Aeronutronics, he moved to the tax sector while working at the oil company Aramco in
Saudi Arabia
where he acquired expertise in
U.S.
taxation of foreign income. Upon returning to the
United States
he accepted a position at the prestigious accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. He climbed the ranks to senior tax manager and worked extensively with the construction industry, defense industry, estate planning and taxation, health organizations, medical practices and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Zelada provides our clients accounting design and implementation, audits, reviews and compilation of financial reports and tax planning and compliance. Clients especially value his creative financial and tax planning services that increase their income and profitability.

Michelle A. Taylor, Certified Public Accountant
Ms. Taylor began her career in the public accounting arena with Deloitte and Touche where she quickly ascended to the position of a senior audit and tax associate. She brings a variety of corporate and partnership business skills, including, audit and tax work, as well as hands on involvement in the operations of such entities to Zelada & Taylor CPA.
She is in charge of audits, designs and implements accounting and control systems and provides tax planning and compliance for our clients. She is also responsible for corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, trusts, and estate and gift tax returns. Clients enjoy her skill at spotting planning opportunities to increase efficiency and bottom line profits.

Bradley L. Taylor, Juris Doctor
Mr. Taylor is an attorney and graduate of the
University
of
Southern California
’s
Law
School
. After law school he joined one of the largest law firms in the
Long Beach
area where he litigated hundreds of cases achieving numerous pre-trial defense victories representing a broad cross-section of legal issues. He has successfully handled business transaction matters for construction companies and other businesses. In 2007, Mr. Taylor received a prominent distinction of being named one of Southern California's "Rising Stars" by publishers of Los Angeles Magazine and Southern California Super Lawyers.
He currently handles entity formations, estate planning, litigation, and tax law research. He is also responsible for corporate, partnership, gift and estate and individual tax compliance. His background and experience provide our clients with specialized knowledge and services that are usually not available at other professional audit and tax service firms.

Tamara Lomma, Accountant
Ms. Lomma graduated in the top of her class in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. We are excited to have her as a recent addition to our team. She has completed the CPA Educational requirements and will be taking the CPA Exam in the near future. She is responsible for accounting and financial statements.

, she attended the

where she majored in Foreign Languages. Subsequently she attended college in
Southern California
where she studied Computer Science and Accounting. She is responsible for accounting, payroll taxes compliance. She is also in charge of the firm computer system and is the firm’s administrator.
